Highly Sprung Trampoline Club is a long-established trampoline club which offers trampolining to children and adults in the Medway, Swale and Gravesham areas. It operates twenty one sessions each week in three different centres:
The Swallows Leisure Centre in Sittingbourne Strood Sports Centre in Strood, Rochester Sheppey Leisure Complex in Sheerness The club is run by Colin Hall, and he is ably assisted by Carey Philpott, Paul Hurd and their team of British Gymnastics qualified coaches and judges. Highly Sprung TC is a club for people who want to enjoy the sport of trampolining. Members can choose to bounce for recreational purposes only, to work for BG proficiency badges, to participate in competitions or to learn to be a judge and/or a coach. The choice is the member's own and the club will support each individual in their chosen aims.

The club is registered with the governing body, British Gymnastics, and all of its sessions are run by BG-qualified coaches.
